We ship out all orders in 1-2 business days.
- Standard shipping is $9.95 or free for orders over $50.00 for Australian Orders and takes between 2 and 5 days to be delivered (excludes sanitisers)
- International shipping is $20.00 up to 2kg parcel (excludes sanitisers)
14 Day Hassle Free Returns
- We happily offer refunds on All Items if you change your mind not including shipping
- We also offer Exchanges on All Items
To return, exchange, credit an item it's simple. Simply notify Scarlet and Grace, by email, within 14 days of receiving your item.
- You will be provided with an RA number to attach with your parcel.
- Carefully pack your item and return to Scarlet and Grace
- Once we receive your return we will proceed with the return, exchange or credit
The only conditions are that the items are returned as immaculately as they are sent out:
- The item must not be used, altered or damaged
- Original packaging must be intact
We recommend using the registered post option when sending your order back to Scarlet and Grace as you are responsible for the safe delivery of the return.
All items are double checked before being sent out however, if you have received the wrong or faulty item please contact Scarlet and Grace straight away via email. We will send you a replacement item at no further cost or provide a full refund.
We will refund the return postage costs if the item is faulty or not the correct item.
If your items arrive broken.
- If your purchase arrives and it is broken please contact us via email, send us some photos of the items and packaging it arrived in and we will send you a replacement.
